Tenor Sally Burns has been a member of Sweet Adelines for over 30 years. A member of four quartets including the 1988 Region 2 champions “New Review",
Sally is a member of the Shoreline Sound Chorus in Royal Oak. A creative visual performance coach, Sally has shared her talents with choruses and
quartets in both Sweet Adelines and the Barbershop Harmony Society. Part of an active and successful barbershop family, Sally is married to Pete Burns who was bass of the popular 2006 Pioneer District Quartet Champions “Fermata Nowhere” and sang for several years with sister-in-law Dodie and brother-in-law Bruce LaMarte in “Relatively Speaking”, all quartet champions in numerous outstanding quartets. Sally lives in Troy with husband Pete, has two married daughters, has four handsome and adorable grandsons and two beautiful and precious granddaughters. She works as an administrative assistant for Comprehensive Anesthesia, Inc. Sally is active in the Hydrocephalus Association, the Susan B. Komen breast cancer research and the Michigan Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk, as well as Gilda’s Club, a cancer support group founded by the late comedian Gilda Radner. >> Back to Top |

Lead Susan Spires has been a Sweet Adeline for over thirty years and is a member of the Great Lakes Chorus in Sterling Heights.
She has performed with numerous successful quartets, earning five Regional Quartet Championships with “A Touch of Magic” and “Accolade”
(with Novelty Shop bass Lynne Peirce). Susan is a visual presentation coach for several choruses and quartets in both Sweet Adelines and the Barbershop Harmony Society. Raised by a father barbershopper and mother opera singer, Susan developed her stage savvy in musical theater. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Susan works in Risk Management for CO-OP Financial Services. Susan lives on a beautiful lake in Waterford with her husband Jeff and sweet and petite kitty Zorro. Her favorite pastimes are spending time with family and as much time out on her boat as her schedule allows. >> Back to Top |

Baritone Cindy Gazetti has been a member of the Great Lakes Chorus and active in quartets since she joined Sweet Adelines in 1993.
Cindy sang baritone in “Affinity Fore”, and then captured the 2000 Region 2 Quartet Champion gold medal as lead in “Harmonix”. Cindy grew up in Warren and Clinton Township where she was exposed to music by her mother Yvonne Sadowski, an accomplished opera singer. Cindy attended Bishop Foley High School, which provided her with the knowledge to become the resident subject matter expert for the “nun set”! A graduate of Oakland University, Cindy is in pharmaceutical sales with Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Cindy lives in Troy and is married to husband Tod, an avid golfer. They have two beautiful daughters, Ruthie 8, and Rachel 3. In the precious little time she has left, Cindy loves writing parodies, exercising and gardening. >> Back to Top |

Bass Lynne Peirce has been a Sweet Adeline since 1985. A certified director in both the Sweet Adelines organization and Barbershop Harmony Society,
Lynne directed the 2003 Pioneer District Chorus Champion Huron Valley Harmonizers for five years and currently directs the Voices in Harmony Chorus
in Ypsilanti. Lynne is also an active coach and arranger, and serves as the Administrative Education Coordinator for Sweet Adelines Region 17. Lynne sang bass in the 1991 and 1993 Regional Champion Quartet "Accolade" (with Novelty Shop lead Susan Spires), and is thoroughly enjoying her new quartet experience with a totally “in-house Voices in Harmony” quartet, singing with daughter Sara Clevenger, Sue Kren and Jessica Thompson in “Celebration”. Lynne lives in Ann Arbor with husband Tom and they share five grown children, three grandkids and two very sweet, cool and chubby cats. She enjoys camping, gardening, cooking, traveling and “down time with Tom” in front of a crackling fire with the latest Dorothy Garlock novel. In her professional life, Lynne is a manager of training and organizational development at the University of Michigan Hospitals. >> Back to Top |
